Dafür entwickeln wir nachhaltige und sinnvolle Energielösungen in den Bereichen Bio-, Klär-, Holz- und Sondergas sowie Wasserstoff und Erdgas.

Seit der Gründung 1989 hat die IWK über 600 BHKW-Module in Betrieb genommen und ein Team mit ca. 60 Mitarbeitenden aufgebaut. Wir sind breit aufgestellt, um jedes Projekt von der ersten Skizze bis zur Realisierung zu begleiten. Obendrein kümmern wir uns um die Wartung, Demontage und Erneuerung von BHKW-Anlagen.

Wir arbeiten Hand in Hand mit INNIO Jenbacher, 2G Energy und weiteren Partnern, um für jeden Anwendungsfall die beste Entscheidung zu treffen. Schon kleinste Anforderungen können die grössten Unterschiede machen. Mithilfe unserer Erfahrung und Expertise erkennen wir, wo welche Massnahmen erforderlich sind. Unsere regional aufgestellte Serviceorganisation kümmert sich um alle Anlagen in der Schweiz und im grenznahen Ausland.

Was BHKW auszeichnet

Viele Energieerzeugungsanlagen produzieren entweder Strom oder Wärme. BHKW erzeugen beides, man spricht von der Wärme-Kraft-Koppelung, kurz WKK. Unsere Anlagen stehen direkt am Ort des Bedarfs und das hat einen entscheidenden Vorteil: die effiziente Nutzung der Primärenergie. Während in konventionellen Kraftwerken bis zu 70 % der Primärenergie als Abwärme oder beim Transport verloren gehen, sind es bei BHKW nur rund 10 %. Das heisst, 90 % der Primärenergie können genutzt werden und so leisten die BHKW einen wertvollen Beitrag zur Versorgungssicherheit.

Laut WKK-Statistik von BFE sind in der Schweiz derzeit über 900 WKK-Anlagen im Leistungsbereich bis 10 MW el. mit über 500 MW in Betrieb. Diese Anlagen erzeugen rund 2 TWh Strom mit einem erneuerbaren Anteil von knapp 60 %.

Versorgungssicherung

Egal was kommt, mit unseren BHKW-Systemen ist Ihre Energieversorgung gesichert. Zudem erfüllen wir die Pre-Qualifikation von Swissgrid für Regelenergie (SRL/TRL), was Ihnen ermöglicht, zusätzliche Einnahmen zu generieren.

Holzvergasung

Wir sind der Schweizer Vertriebspartner von SynCraft. Gemeinsam mit dem Tiroler Unternehmen entwickeln und realisieren wir Holzvergasungsanlagen für die nachhaltige Energieversorgung aus dem biogenen Rohstoff Holz. Das Fundament bilden die technischen und wirtschaftlichen Aspekte Ihres Projekts.

Kläranlagen

Klärgas kann je nach Bedarf dafür genutzt werden, den Energiebedarf in der eigenen Kläranlage zu decken. Wir kümmern uns schon bei der Planung der BHKW-Anlage um alle relevanten Aspekte wie die Gasaufbereitung, Abgasnachbehandlung oder die Einbindung von Gasspeichern.
