Neues BHKW im Container
Ende 2022 durften wir auf der Kläranlage in Estavayer ein neues BHKW in Betrieb nehmen. Dabei handelt es sich um eine 360 kW BHKW-Container-Anlage
Wärme-Kraft-Kopplung (WKK) für Gewächshäuser
Dieses Frühjahr wurde das schweizweit erste BHKW für die Anwendung in einem Gewächshaus in Betrieb genommen. Unser Kunde ist ein Gemüse-Grossproduzent in der Ostschweiz.

Energieerzeugung aus Leidenschaft: Seit unserer Gründung sind wir von IWK mit Begeisterung und Fachwissen dabei, BHKW-Anlagen von INNIO Jenbacher und anderen Lieferanten in der ganzen Schweiz und im angrenzenden Ausland zu installieren und für ihre Wartung und Instandhaltung zu sorgen.

Unser umfangreiches Know-how erstreckt sich über die Lieferung, Integration, Inbetriebnahme und den Service kompletter BHKW-Anlagen. Dabei setzen wir auf eine Vielzahl von Treibgasen wie Erdgas, Biogas, Klärgas oder Holzgas.

Unsere BHKW-Anlagen erzeugen gleichzeitig und äußerst effizient Wärme und Strom direkt vor Ort. Damit tragen sie maßgeblich zur Versorgungssicherheit bei, insbesondere zur Deckung des erhöhten Wärme- und Strombedarfs in den Wintermonaten.

Laut den aktuellen WKK-Statistiken des Bundesamts für Energie (BFE) waren bis Ende 2020 insgesamt 921 WKK-Anlagen mit einer Gesamtleistung von 536 MW in der Schweiz in Betrieb. Diese Anlagen erzeugten im Jahr 2020 rund 1,9 TWh Strom, wobei der erneuerbare Anteil an der WKK-Stromproduktion stolze 53 % beträgt.

Schließen Sie den Stoffkreislauf und setzen Sie auf eine ökologische und ökonomische Stromversorgung. Sie haben die Chance, als Kommune oder Energieversorger Ihren eigenen Strom und eigene Wärme zu produzieren und damit alle modernen Richtlinien zu erfüllen.
H2
Wasserstoff (H2) gilt als der grüne Energieträger der Zukunft, denn bei seiner Verbrennung fallen nahezu keine CO2-Emissionen an. Ihnen stehen zwei Optionen zu Auswahl: reine Wasserstoff-BHKW und auch bivalent betriebene BHKW. Alle unsere Produkte sind “H2-Ready” und können ohne Anpassungen der Hardware mit bis zu 20 % H2-Beimischung betrieben werden. Möchten Sie Ihr BHKW ausschliesslich mit Wasserstoff betreiben, lässt es sich im Rahmen einer Routine-Revision zu überschaubaren Kosten umrüsten.
Kläranlagen
Klärgas kann je nach Bedarf dafür genutzt werden, den Energiebedarf in der eigenen Kläranlage zu decken. Wir kümmern uns schon bei der Planung der BHKW-Anlage um alle relevanten Aspekte wie die Gasaufbereitung, Abgasnachbehandlung oder die Einbindung von Gasspeichern.
